Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
• Items must be free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other damage.
• Final sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, accessories, etc., are not eligible for return.]

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at Support@Amis1976.com or through our website’s contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning your item(s). Please do not send your item back without your return being approved.
3. Packaging: Securely package your return item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
   Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to process your return.
5. Refund: If the returned item(s) meet our return policy conditions, we will issue a refund Please note we only issue refunds to a gift card, provided to you via email. The refund amount will be for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping costs.
